1. Do I need to have an account to order?

No, you can also place an order as a guest. But, there are some perks if you have an account with us:

  • Easily view your order status and order history
  • Receive updates detailing our new releases and special promotions
2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by PayPal，if you do not have a PayPal account, don’t worry, you can also pay through PayPal by credit card (VISA / MasterCard / AMERICAN EXPRESS / JCB / Diner’s Club International), by debit card (VISA, Carte Bleue, Carte Bancaire) .

3. Are there any exchange rates?

All of our transactions are based on US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

4. How secure is my online order?

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

5. Where is my Order Confirmation?

The order confirmation email is sent to your email within 24 hours upon checkout. Please try to check your spam or trash folder as it may end up there as well. If you like us to resend the confirmation email, please request it from [email protected]

DELIVERY INFORMATION

1. Where do you ship from?

We will choose to ship from our US or China warehouse depending on the actual order. Usually we keep stock in the US warehouse for a long time, but considering the surge of product sales during peak season, we may ship directly from our China warehouse.

2. How long does shipping take?

It will usually take 7-30 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.

3. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours.

4. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?

For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and if you order more than 1 piece.

Please note, due to new EU VAT rules, there may be increased duty to pay on packages arriving to EU member states.

5. How long will it take to receive a tracking number & how can I track my package?

It will take usually between 2-5 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.
